Value Life Corp Announces New Business Partnerships and the Launch of its New Instant On-Line Valuation™ Service

Value Life Corporation (VLC), a premier provider of actuarial and advisory services to the life settlement and premium finance industries, announced today the launch of Instant On-Line Valuation™.
Instant On-Line Valuation™ is a web-based service which provides real-time calculations of actuarial values for Life Settlement and Premium Finance transactions.

The introduction of Instant On-Line Valuation™ should prove particularly useful to several types of users,
including those individuals who have an occasional need for valuations, as well as those users who have more frequent valuation needs, but who want to avoid paying the significant upfront fees for licensing traditional valuation software. Instant On-Line Valuation™ will also prove valuable for users who already have valuation software but who need a quick second opinion.

easy to use tool for agents, brokers, intermediaries and investors who need to answer the question ‘What is it worth?’ when considering a life settlement or premium finance transaction.

According to Mr. Warnock, the software was designed so that it would be particularly intuitive for insurance and investment professionals to use and includes such features as automatic error checking of all data inputs and an extensive on-line help system. Additionally, input data and output reports can be tailored to the user’s particular need, including incontestable life settlement pricing, contestable life settlement pricing, and collateral sufficiency analysis for premium finance transactions.

Use of the service does not require the disclosure of any personal or confidential information about the insured and fees for the service can be paid either on a per-transaction basis or on a subscription basis. Value Life Corp also announced today the formation of two new partnerships. The first is a joint venture with Chapman Hext & Company, P.C., to provide comprehensive portfolio management and servicing to investors in life settlements. Chapman Hext & Company is a regional accounting firm with a full suite of accounting, tax and financial services, along with investment banking, wealth management and private equity. Through this joint
venture, Value Life Corp’s software and actuarial resources and Chapman Hext & Company’s back office and accounting expertise will be merged to provide a comprehensive suite of services for investors in the life settlement and premium finance marketplace. Chapman Hext & Company provides services throughout the
United States and internationally.

VLC also announced a partnership with Advanced Underwriting Solutions (AUS) for specialized underwriting and life expectancy expertise. AUS is a non-exclusive, independent life expectancy underwriting firm specializing in life settlement underwriting, older age and impaired risk underwriting. AUS is a registered lifeexpectancy provider in Florida and is a member of the Life Insurance Settlement Association (LISA).
