The Life Insurance Settlement Association Announces New Board of Director’s Officers

The Life Insurance Settlement Association (LISA) is pleased to announce the election of new board of director officers at our recent board meeting on Wednesday, June 7, 2006 in Washington, D.C.

LISA’s board of directors elected Ramiro Rencurrell as the new board President. Mr. Rencurrell is the director of Life Settlements for Magna Administrative Services, Inc, which is located in Coral Gables, Florida. He is also the former Vice President of BMI Financial Group.

Mr. Rencurrell has been prominent in leading the dynamic growth of the life settlement industry. To this extent, he has accumulated 20 years of Finance and Accounting Management experience, including 10 years of experience in Life and Health Insurance Operations.

Mr. Rencurrell received his B.S. in Business Administration. He also attained a Masters in Business Administration from Florida International University.

LISA’s former board President Bryan Freeman will continue to serve as a Vice President on the LISA board of directors. Mr. Freeman, president of Habersham Funding in Atlanta, GA, served as a dedicated and dynamic President for LISA during four years. Mr. Freeman’s efforts in the association have brought the industry to greater recognition.

The Life Insurance Settlement Association is located in Orlando, Florida and is a Florida-based non-profit association founded in 1994 to serve as a national resource center, providing information about life settlements. LISA, which currently has over 100 member companies, is the industry’s largest and oldest trade and professional organization in the Life Settlement Industry.
