Lawrence S. Brown, Lawrence brings a unique experience to 4Pluris, prior he was the Co-Founder and CEO of Stone Street Financial (SSF), and is one of the pioneers of the life settlement market. Under his leadership and vision SSF grew from a startup company to the industry’s top-rated life settlement provider. Prior, Lawrence co-founded and was CEO of City Federal Funding, which under his direction grew into a national retail mortgage lender with 36 retail branches nationwide. In 1997, Inc. Magazine named City Federal one of the 500 fastest growing private companies in America. He resides in Potomac with his wife Robin and three children. Lawrence earned his B.S. in Business Administration at American University and serves on the board of American Jewish Committee.

Ryan A. Young, Prior to 4Pluris, Ryan was the Vice President of Operations at Integrity Capital Partners, LLC, a leading life settlement brokerage. Previously she worked at Maple Life Financial, where she was the Pricing Manager. Under Ryan’s management, the pricing team was developed from a single person unit to a multi-tiered division, pricing and establishing cash flows for death benefit in excess of $20B annually. Previously, Ryan spent several years working with independent estate planning agencies specializing in advanced markets. Ryan earned her degree from the American College Dublin, in Ireland.

Robert F. Haran, Bob brings over 20 years of experience in the life insurance industry to 4Pluris. Bob began his career at The Travelers in their management development program.
He has held leadership positions with CIGNA, Lincoln Life, and MassMutual Financial Group. Bob has also been a contributing columnist for Best’s Review where he provided information and insight on underwriting/new business issues facing the industry. Prior to joining 4Pluris, he was Corporate Vice President/Executive Officer with MassMutual where he was responsible for life underwriting, new business, claim, and medical. Bob is a Fellow of the Life Office Management Institute and received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Political Science from Colgate University.
