Institutional Life Markets Association Hosts First Annual European Investor Summit
The Institutional Life Markets Association, also known as ILMA, announced today their First Annual European Investor Summit. The conference titled, “Longevity as an Alternative Investment”, will take place on Tuesday,May 19th, 2009 at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel, in London, England. The event will be one day prior to the Deal Flow Media Conference on Life Settlements, also hosted in London.
The summit will cover a series of topics such as life settlements, synthetics, global pension plans, insurance reserves and reverse mortgages as alternative investments. Attendees also will have the opportunity to hear from leading third party life expectancy underwriters on factors which are not captured in actuarial tables that could impact longevity such as net worth, location of residence and insured status.
Attendance to this event is by invitation only. Attendees that register by Friday April 24th will receive a 10% discount.
