AllFinancial Group LLC Now Offering Bridge Financing on Life Settlement Portfolios and Individual Po

AllFinancial Group LLC (“AFG” or the “Company”) announces that in the midst of recent life settlement market dislocations, it has immediately available capital to provide liquidity in the form of short term, or “bridge” loans to life settlement investors, including providers that may be holding policies for their own accounts.

The decision to offer bridge financing is in response to numerous inquiries from investors in life settlement assets that have immediate, pressing liquidity needs resulting from an inability to make ongoing premium payments.

The Company is offering short-term financing on either a portfolio basis or on an individual policy basis in amounts from $5 million to $25 million per transaction for portfolios and smaller amounts for policies. Basic terms for portfolios include market rates of interest (either deferred or current), maturities from three month to 24 months, a portion of the portfolio as collateral, and a stipulation that loan proceeds be used to pay premium on life policies. Terms for individual policies vary, based on policy size, collateral value and loan maturity (from 30 days to two years).

AFG is currently in discussions with several parties regarding such arrangements, and expects to close on its first transaction in the next few weeks. Any life settlement investors or providers in need of liquidity should contact AFG immediately.
